Sci Fi/Sci Fact: Corrodium

In one episode of the TV cartoon series Ben 10, lead character Ben Tennyson battles mutant cows and discovers the source of the problem is a substance called Corrodium.

Bill Jia, who studied chemistry in a MacDiarmid Institute research lab at the University of Auckland, discusses the chances of coming across something that could mutate living beings on the spot.
